Mountain stay/training/rental cancellation policy

• By canceling more than two days (48 hours) before the start of your stay, you are entitled to two options, a refund of the deposit or a postponement of the deposit to a future reservation. For a refund, 10% of the total invoice amount will be retained for management fees. For a rollover, the full deposit amount will be applied to your next booking which must be taken within the next two years.
   

• By canceling less than 2 days (48 hours) before the start of your stay, we keep the entire deposit and it is not possible to postpone it until later.

 

Accommodation cancellation policy

• By canceling more than 5 days (120 hours) before the start of your stay, you are entitled to two options: a refund of the deposit or a postponement of the deposit to a future reservation. For a refund, 10% of the total invoice amount will be retained for management fees. For a rollover, the full deposit amount will be applied to your next booking which must be taken within the next two years.
   

• By canceling less than 5 days (120 hours) before the start of your stay, we retain the entire deposit for the accommodation portion and it is not possible to postpone it until later.

 

COVID Policy

• We are governed by public health, so we will follow the directives submitted to us. In the event of border closures, we will refund your entire reservation. In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to medical reasons related to COVID, we will refund your entire reservation with medical proof. 

 

Le Couloir reserves the right to cancel its activities in the event of weather conditions compromising the safety of participants. The same cancellation policies apply.
